Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you use Liquid Protocol, we may collect:

• Wallet addresses— your connected Ethereum / Base wallet address
• Social login identifiers— Farcaster username and/or Twitter handle, if you use social login via Privy
• Page views— which pages you visit on the site
• Login events— timestamps and metadata when you authenticate

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We never collect, store, or have access to:

• Private keys or seed phrases
• Passwords (authentication is handled by Privy)
• Personal identity documents (ID, passport, etc.)
• Financial account information (bank accounts, credit cards)

3. How We Use Data

• Analytics— understanding how users interact with the Protocol to improve the product
• Product improvement— identifying bugs, optimizing user flows, and prioritizing features
• Social identity display— showing your Farcaster username or Twitter handle on tokens you deploy, so other users can identify token creators

4. Third-Party Services

The Protocol integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Privy— authentication and wallet connection (privacy policy)
• Supabase— database for token index and user events
• Pimlico— smart wallet infrastructure and bundler services
• Alchemy— RPC provider for Base blockchain access

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only what Privy requires for authentication session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

6. On-Chain Data

Token deployments and all associated transactions are recorded on the Base blockchain and are publicly visible. If you link a social identity (Farcaster or Twitter) to a deployed token, that association is stored in our database and displayed publicly. Blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted.

7. Data Retention

Analytics data and user event logs are retained indefinitely to support product improvement. On-chain data is permanent by nature. If you wish to request deletion of off-chain data associated with your account, please contact us.
